Smart communication adapter for E350/ZMF120 from Landis+Gyr
MUC3 ZMF is a pluggable communication module for the residential meter Landis+Gyr E350/ZMF120. It was especially designed for connecting this meter to smart metering processes. In addition, the MUC3 ZMF features the multiple utility data collection of wireless residential meters. The MUC3 ZMF acts as a link between the metering point and control station and supports standard AMR processes in Pull and Push operations. The usual IP-communication tracks GPRS or Ethernet®-network are used for meter data collection via remote connection. The saved data are either read by the control station or transferred automatically to a FTP server. Consequently, the appearance of the data communication process is not important, the MUC3 ZMF can always be adapted to meet the individual requirements.
